International Coalition ceases ISIS progress in Syria and Iraq

(Iraqinews.com) On Wednesday, the International coalition, which includes about 60 countries led by the United States, said in a statement followed by IraqiNews.com, that it managed to cease the progress of the ISIS organization in Iraq and Syria.

The statement, following a meeting in Brussels, said, “Participants noticed that the international campaign against ISIS began to show positive results; it was able to stop the advance of the Islamic State through Syria and in Iraq.”

The statement added, that the coalition members reaffirmed their commitment to work together in the framework of long-term strategy to weaken and defeat the terrorist organization.
