Iraqi navy receives boat from Italy

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraq has received one out of the four military boats that the Iraqi navy agreed to purchase from an Italian manufacturer, the Iraqi Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday. “The ceremony to receive the boat, named Fatih, was held in Rome,” the Ministry said in a release received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “The Iraqi chief of staff Babakr Zebari attended the ceremony,” it added. “The Iraqi flag was raised on the boat,” it added.
