ISF surround ISIL elements southern Ramadi

Anbar (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Security Forces surrounded a group of gunmen affiliated to the Islamic State in Iraq and Levant in Houz area of southern Ramadi.

Security source reported to IraqiNews.com Thursday “The ISF surrounded a group of ISIL elements, among them snipers, in Houz area of southern Ramadi,” noting that “Heavy clashes erupted between the two sides but the ISF control the situation in the area.”

“The ISF closed the area and the gunmen either surrender themselves or get killed,” the source concluded.
