ISIL element arrested near Syrian borders

Anbar (IraqiNews.com) A force from the Jazira and Badiya Operations arrested an element of the Islamic State in Iraq and Levant with a huge amount of mobile phones in his possessions which he intended to use in improvising explosive devices near the Iraqi-Syrian borders.

A statement by the Jazira and Badiya Operations Command received by IraqiNews.com cited “based on intelligence information, a force arrested the terrorist with about 540 mobile phones in his possession that he intends to use in improvising explosive devices in Qaem area near the Iraqi-Syrian borders.”
