Salah il-Din (IraqiNews.com) ISIL terrorists kidnapped a policeman and stole 500 tons of wheat in Tikrit.

A security source stated to IraqiNews.com “ISIL terrorists kidnapped a policeman in Baiji district and took him to an unknown area.”
