(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – On Friday, Khalidiya District Council in Anbar Province announced, that ISIS organization had abducted dozens of civilians in the city of Ramadi and transferred them to Khalidiya Island to be used as human shields, while pointed out that the organization executed seven of its elements who refused to wear explosive belts.

The Head of Khalidiya District Council Ali Dawood said in a statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “ISIS organization has abducted dozens of civilians in the city of Ramadi and transferred them to Khalidiya Island in order to use them as human shields.”

Dawood added, “ISIS has executed seven of its elements in the city for refusing to wear explosive belts,” indicating that, “ISIS organization is completely collapsed and unable to control its elements who left their positions and fled with their families to the western regions and Syria.”
