ISIS attacks Aziz-Balad and clashes with volunteer fighters

Salahuddin (IraqiNews.com) On Sunday, a security source in Salahuddin province said, that the ISIS group attacked Aziz-Balad area and clashed with tribesmen by light and heavy weapons.

The source informed IraqiNews, “This evening, ISIS militants attacked Aziz-Balad in the district of Balad, located 80 km south of Tikrit and clashed with the Iraqi tribal fighters from the armed volunteers. The clashes between the two sides using light and heavy weapons are currently ongoing in the district.”
