ISIS hostages of Speicher Base remain alive says Governor al-Jabouri
Salahuddin (IraqiNews.com) The governor of Salahuddin province, Ibrahim al-Jabouri, stated that: “ISIS militants kidnapped and detained a number of Iraqi soldiers and students from Speicher base in the province as hostages, pointing out that the security forces consisting of army corps and armed clans are waiting and fully prepared to fight ISIS and liberate the hostages.”
Al-Jabouri said that “Intelligence sources have passed information which lead us to believe that there are a number of people of whom were lost in Speicher base are still alive and kept as hostages in the occupied area. Earlier in the same day, al-Jabouri declared that they have captured some of the ISIS militants of whom which believed are involved in the execution and killing of Speicher victims.
