Kirkuk (IraqiNews.com) On Tuesday, a security source in Kirkuk stated that the ISIS group has made military service compulsory for youth in southwest of the province.

The source informed IraqiNews, “The group brought in compulsory military service for young men who can carry the weapon so that they will join the fight in al-Huwaija, al-Zab, al-Abasi and al-Shrad districts.”

“Clerics and allied clan leaders have also urged people to volunteer and fight alongside ISIS, but the people who have been living in difficult circumstances with no health or living services refused to fight for the group,” said the source.
