Katyusha rocket kills Pakistani civilian in Basra airport

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: A Pakistani civilian citizen was killed late on Monday (Mar. 9) night when a Katyusha rocket hit Basra International Airport, said the spokesperson of Multi National Forces (MNF) in southern Iraq. “A Katyusha rocket hit a civilian building at Basra International Airport (25 km northwest of the city) late yesterday night,” the spokesperson told IraqiNews.com news agency. “A civilian Pakistani who works for a company was killed in the attack,” she added.
