Katyushas wound woman, child in Amara

MISSAN / IraqiNews.com: A woman and her child on Saturday were injured when two Katyusha rockets landed in a residential area of Amara city, according to a local security source. “During an early hour this morning, two Katyusha rockets hit al-Qadissiya neighborhood, eastern Amara city, wounding a woman and her child,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The rockets caused damage to two houses,” the source noted, adding that the wounded were taken to Sadr Public Hospital in the city. Amara, the capital city of Missan province, lies 390 km south of Baghdad. SS (P) 1
