Maysan car bombings kill 14, injure 60 citizens

Maysan, Amara (IraqiNews.com) The two car bombings that took place in Maysan province on Sunday morning resulted in killing and injuring 74 citizens.

The head of the Security Committee in Maysan province, Sarhan Salim al-Ghalibi, stated to IraqiNews.com “The official death toll of the two car bombings in Maysan reached 14 deaths and 60 injuries.”

“The cars that were used the in the explosions were Kia car stolen from Baghdad and the other from Basra province,” the source concluded.
