Ministry of Interiors: investigation of Qatari hunters’ case reaches advanced stage

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – On Tuesday, the Ministry of Interior affirmed, that the investigations of the Qatari hunters’ case who were kidnapped in Samawah desert had reached an advanced stage, while pointed out that the results of the investigations will be announced soon.

The ministry spokesman Brigadier General Saad Maan said, “The ministry is exercising great efforts on the Qatari hunters’ case, while reached an advanced stage in the investigations of the incident,” adding that, “The ministry will announce the results of the investigations soon.”

Noteworthy, Governor of Muthanna “Faleh Abdul Hassan al-Ziadi” stated on (16 December, 2015), that an armed force kidnapped 26 Qatari hunters in the desert of Samawah.
