MoD announces arresting 105 wanted individuals, seizing weapons caches

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Ministry of Defense announce arrested 105 wanted individuals and seizing weapons caches and car bombs during the current security operation, Revenge to Martyrs.

A statement by the MoD received by IraqiNews.com cited “According to the instructions of the General Commander of the Armed Forces, Nouri al-Maliki, and the continuity of the Revenge of Martyrs security operation, the security forces are continuing its operations where about 105 wanted individuals were arrested and 39 Improvised Explosive Devices were seized and three Adhesive Explosive Devices were also seized.”

“The operations also included seizing explosive materials and weapons caches in addition to the motorcycles bombs,” the statement concluded.
