MoI arrests weapons smugglers

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Ministry of Interior announced arresting individuals who smuggle weapons to Kurdistan Region. A statement by the Ministry cited “The units of Intelligence Service within Federal Police Command arrested three smugglers who buy weapons from areas in Baghdad and smuggle them to Kurdistan Region.” “The Senior Interior Ministry Undersecretry Adnan al-Asadi instructed to honor the team work in recognition to their efforts in field of ani-terrorism and achieve security and stability in Iraq,” the statement added.
