Mortar shell attack kills 11 civilians near Biji

Salahuddin (IraqiNews.com) On Monday, a local source in Salahuddin province stated that 11 people were killed today in a mortar shell attack that targeted civilians near Biji.

The source informed IraqiNews, “11 people were killed today, including women and children while collecting woods in the mountains of Makhool, located near Biji, 40 km north of Tikrit. The militant attack caused damage to a number of houses and residential buildings near the area.”
