Nujaba Movement announces killing 36 ISIS elements in Anbar and Salahuddin

(IraqiNews.com) Salahuddin – Nujaba Movement annonced on Thursday the killing of 36 ISIS elements and the destruction of two armored vehicles for the organization in the provinces of Anbar and Salauddin, while pointed out that the movement gained control over Abu Jarad area.

The movement said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com, “The Nujaba movement, with support from the security forces and al-Hashed al-Sha’bi, imposed full control over Abu Jarad in Baiji,” noting that, “Two armored vehicles belonging to ISIS were targeted in that area.”

The statement read, “The movement was able to foil an attempt by ISIS to sneak from the area of al-Siniyah into Baiji, killing about 20 of them,” indicating to, “The repelling of a massive ISIS attack by booby-trapped vehicles, suicide bombers and artillery shelling on Baiji, in addition to killing 13 terrorists and bombing two cars with whomever inside them”.

The statement added, “The movement also managed to kill 3 ISIS elements in al-Karma.”
