Officer injured in western Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) An officer was injured when unidentified gunmen opened fire targeting him western Baghdad..

A security source told IraqiNews.com on Sunday “Unidentified Gunmen opened fire at a colonel, on Sunday morning, near the Red Crescent hospital in Mansour district of western Baghdad, injuring him slightly.”

“A security force rushed to the incident scene, closed the area and transported the injured officer to a hospital for treatment,” the source concluded.
