Official survives assassination in southern Basra

Basra (IraqiNews.com) The head of Tribes Office in Fao area of southern Basra survived assassination on Wednesday.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “Unidentified gunmen attacked the house of sheikh, Mohamed al-Hayali, with a hand grenade.”

“The attack resulted in material damages without casualties,” the source concluded.
