Paramilitary al-Hashed al-Sha’bi announces full liberation of Baiji District

(IraqiNews.com) Salahuddin – The media office of al-Hashed al-Sha’bi militia announced on Monday the complete liberation of Baiji District from ISIS elements.
Ahmed al-Asadi, the spokesperson of the media office of al-Hashed al-Sha’bi militia, stated in an interview for IraqiNews.com, “Al-Hashed al-Sha’bi forces and the security forces managed, today, to completely liberate the district of Baiji,” pointing out that, “Al-Hashed al-Sha’bi forces gained full control over the main road in Baiji after cleansing it from the explosive devices”
al-Asadi added, “The deputy president of al-Hashed al-Sha’bi Authority Abu Mahdi al-Muhandes announced, today, the formation of an operations room for the liberation of Mosul, including al-Hashed al-Sha’bi, the security forces and the people of Mosul.”
