5 persons arrested, terrorists shelter destroyed in Mosul

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Ministry of Interior announced arresting five wanted individuals according to the article (4) of Anti- Terrorism law to the south of Mosul.The official spokesperson of the Ministry of Interior, Brigadier Saad Maan, reported in statement received by IraqiNews.com on Saturday “The Federal Police/Third Division succeeded to arrest five wanted individuals according to the article (4) of Anti- Terrorism law.””The force also seized a weapons cache that includes (34) artillery shells, (30) tank shells and 15 mortar shells to the south of Mosul,” he added.”The police patrols destroyed a camp used to train and fund the terrorists in Jazera area of western Mosul and seized huge amount of weapons, ammunition and materials used in manufacturing explosives,” he pointed out.”The police patrols arrested a gang specialized in stealing the money of citizens after their departure from banks,” he mentioned, noting that “The gang admitted their committing for many robberies,” he concluded. \END\
