Police capture 4 runaway prisoners

SALAH EL-DIN / IraqiNews.com: Police forces on Friday managed to arrest four prisoners, who escaped the anti-terrorism jail last Tuesday, near the city of Tikrit, a police source said. “Police forces arrested on Friday morning (Sept. 25) Wallied Ayash, Wallied Nayef at the Tikrit cemetery,” the source told Iraqi News. “The forces arrested also two other prisoners; one in Samarra and the other in al-Dour district,” he added. On Tuesday (Sept. 22), sixteen prisoners of al-Qaeda group managed to escape from the anti-terrorism jail in central Tikrit, including five who were sentenced to death.
