Police Colonel wounded in Mosul

Nineveh, Mosul (IraqiNews.com) A police officer was wounded due to explosion of an Improvised Explosive Device to the south of Mosul city.Security source reported to IraqiNews.com ”The IED exploded targeting the motorcade of the Commander of Nineveh Police Regiment, Colonel Ahmed Jumaa, in Safena village within Qayara area of southern Mosul city.””The Colonel was wounded due to the IED’s explosion and the police transported him to the hospital for treatment,” the source concluded.
