Salah-il-Din police allocates finical reward for reporting over Tasfirat prison fugitives

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Police Command in Salah-il-Din province announced allocating financial rewards for reporting about the fugitives who escaped from Tasfirat prison.

The official Iraqiya satellite channel reported on Saturday that ”The Salah-il-Din Police Command identified a financial reward for anyone who gives information that can contribute in arresting the fugitives of Tasfirat prison in Tikrit city.”

An armed group with the assistance of some rebel prisoners controlled Tasfirat prison in Tikrit city after detonating a car bomb in front of the prison.

The Ministry of Defense confirmed imposing its control on the prison and the security situation in the province, while Salah-il-Din governorate decided to dismiss and detain the Police commander Maj. Gen. Abdul Karim al-Khazraji and appoint the Major General Ghanim al-Quraishi instead of Khazraji.
