Second phase of operation to liberate Tikrit begins

(IraqiNews.com) The Shiite Endowment agent Sami al-Masoudi announced on Monday the beginning of the second phase of the military operation to liberate Tikrit.
Masoudi said in an interview with IraqiNews.com, “The second phase of the military operation to liberate all regions of Tikrit has begun.”
Masoudi added, “The forces have been provided with logistical support.”
It is noteworthy that large forces supported by the Volunteer Fighters has entered Salahuddin in order to participate in the operation to liberate Tikrit.
