Security element assassinated in Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) An element of the security forces of the Vice President, Khudair Khuzaie, was assassinated in central Baghdad.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com that ”Unidentified gunmen opened fire from silenced weapons targeting a soldier who works in the protection force of the Vice President while he was traveling by his own vehicle in Karrada area of central Baghdad.”

The source added “The soldier was killed immediately due to the attack.” \
