Security forces cleanse Anbar University from remnants of war, says Displaced Committee

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – The Special Committee of the Displaced in Ramadi announced on Sunday the cleansing of Anbar University and the residential block from the remnants of war, while pointed out that the efforts are still continuing to cleanse the Seventh Kilometer area.
The committee said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com, “Anbar University as well as the residential block were cleansed completely of the remnants of war and unexploded ordnance,” pointing out that, “The wastes and unexploded ordnance were cleansed by the efforts of the Civil Defense Directorate.”
The statement added, “The efforts are still continuing to cleanse the area of the Seventh Kilometer.”
