Security forces detain 21 ISIS elements in Anbar

Anbar (IraqiNews.com) A tribal leader in Albu Nimir tribe revealed Sunday, that the Iraqi security forces have managed to secure the desert road which links between Haditha and Biji areas and detained 21 elements of the ISIS group.

Sheikh Ali Abdul-Namrawy, a tribal leader in Albu Nimir tribe, said, “This evening, security forces backed by tribal fighters from Albu Nimir tribe have managed to liberate the desert road which links between the districts of Haditha and Biji,” noting that, “A joint force from the army and clans has detained 21 elements of the ISIS group including Iraqi citizens.”
