Security official assures proximity of capturing terrorists behind Maysan explosion
Maysan (IraqiNews.com) Maysan Police Command, the Major General Ali Ghasi al-Hashimi revealed information about the perpetrators of the explosion of Ali al-Sharqi district within Maysan province on last week.
Hashimi clarified to the Head of the Intelligence Department, the Brigadier General, Qasim Atta during the latter’s visit to Maysan “Maysan is one of the stabled provinces,” assuring that “We have information about the implementers of this outrageous crime and will capture them soon.”
The Major General reviewed with Atta the security situation in the province and the results of the investigations of the Ali al-Sharqi explosion.
It is worth to mention that Maysan witnessed on September 10th two blasts by car bombs in the Ali al-Sharqi district resulted in killing and injuring dozens of civilians.
