Shia paramilitary group liberates northern Babel’s desert road

Salahuddin (IraqiNews.com) On Thursday the Shia paramilitary group, ‘Peace Brigades’ announced, that the desert road which passes across northern Babel has now been liberated from ISIS.

The paramilitary group clarified, that the road connects two sides of Babel and is considered a strategic hot spot used by ISIS to reinforce their fighters with weapons and other military supplies. It now has been liberated after being hit by 10 shells by the Peace Brigades’ fighters.
