Strict security measures in Dhi-Qar

Dhi-Qar (IraqiNews.com) The security forces conducted strict security measures to sustain security for the session of the Council of Ministers which is held in the province on Tuesday.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “The measures included deploying mobile and fixed patrols in the important places in the city.”

“There is high coordination between the Iraqi Army forces in addition to wide deployment for the police, National Security and intelligence forces to protect Maliki’s motorcade inside the province,” the source added.

“The Police Department urged to avoid limiting the citizens’ movements,” the source concluded.
