Tribal prominent figure assassinated in southern Mosul

Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) Unidentified gunmen killed a prominent tribal figure in southern Mosul on Tuesday.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “The gunmen attacked the tribal leader within Jobour tribe, Abdul Aziz al-Tabour, at the highway in southern Mosul killing him immediately then managed to escape.”

“A security force hurried to the attack vicinity and transferred the dead body to the morgue,” the source concluded.
