(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – A member of the Security and Defense Parliamentary Committee, Majed al-Ghezawi, revealed to IraqiNews.com that the committee received information that an unidentified substance was used in the bombing of al-Karrada that the security services have suspended their investigations of the bombing until after their Eid al-Fitr vacations.

Ghazawi said “We received information about al-Karrada bombing indicating that an unidentified explosive substance was used that is not similar to the substances used by terrorists in previous bombings.”

“The Parliamentary Security and Defense committee will open an investigation along with the security services after the vacation of Eid al-Fitr,” he added.
