Urgent – 10 policemen killed, injured in southern Fallujah

Anbar (IraqiNews.com) Ten policemen killed and injured when unidentified gunmen attacked their checkpoint of southern Fallujah.

A Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “Unidentified gunmen open fire targeting a police checkpoint in Hasi area of Amirit al-Fallujah of western Anbar killing three elements and injuring seven others.”

“The gunmen managed to escape and the security forces transferred the injured elements to the nearby hospital for treatment,” the source concluded.
