SALAH AL-DIN / IraqiNews.com: Twenty-one persons were killed or wounded when a suicide bomber blew himself up in a restaurant in Samarra, a local police source said on Saturday. “A suicide bomber wearing an explosive vest killed one person and wounded 20 others in a popular restaurant near the Imam Ali al-Hadi shrine, downtown Samarra,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency.
