URGENT – Car bomb goes off in northeastern Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Three civilians were killed and 31 others were injured when a car bomb exploded in northeastern Baghdad on Monday morning.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “The car bomb was parked at the roadside near al-Amirat crossroad in al-Hussaieniya area,” noting that “The explosion resulted in material damages to the nearby shops and buildings.”

“The injured civilians were transferred to the hospital for treatment,” the source concluded.
