Urgent – 8 civilians killed, wounded in Madaen

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Eight civilians were killed and wounded when an Improvised Explosive Device IED exploded in Madaen district of southern Baghdad.Security source reported to IraqiNews.com ”The IDE, which was emplaced on roadside, exploded in Madaen district of southern Baghdad.””The explosion of the IED and resulted in killing two civilians and wounding six others as well as causing material damages to the nearby shops and houses,” the source added.”The security forces closed all the roads that lead to the explosion area transporting the dead bodies to the morgue and the wounded civilians to the hospital for treatment,” the source concluded. \END\
