URGENT: Four killed, 37 injured, in attack on Iraq’s Interior Ministry

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Four people have been killed and 37 others injured in an attack on Monday against Iraq’s Interior Ministry building in Baghdad, a security source reported.”A booby-trapped car explosion targeting Iraq’s Interior Ministry in Baghdad early on Monday has killed 4 people and injured 38 others,most of them seriously,” the security source told IraqiNews.com news agency.The security source told IraqiNews.com early in the day that 3 persons have been killed and 14 others injured, including employees andbodyguards of the Ministry in a booby-trapped car explosion, driven by a suicide bomber at the entrance of the Ministry, in central Baghdad‘s South Gate.The Iraqi capital had witnessed several booby-trapped car explosions and explosive charges blasts on Thursday, last week, killing 70people and wounding 180 others, whilst Iraq is witnessing a serious political crisis, that followed charges against Vice-President, Tareq al-Hashimy, a leader in al-Iraqiya Alliance, charged with having been behind terrorist acts and a decision by Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki to sack his Deputy Prime Minister, Saleh al-Mutlaq, also a leading member of al-Iraqiya Alliance, led by former Prime Minister, Iyad Allawi.. 736
