Urgent – .Iraqi pilgrims killed, injured in Iran

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) 36 Iraqi pilgrims were killed and injured due to a car accident while they were heading to the holy shrines on Tuesday.

An officer within the Iranian Ministry of Interior, Colonel Dalond, stated in report received by IraqiNews.com “The Iraqis’ pilgrims flipped upside down at a road between two cities on Tuesday morning,” noting that “The accident resulted in killing 16 pilgrims and injuring 20 others where four among them are in critical situation.”

“According to the investigation, the driver’s tiresome is behind the accident,” the officer concluded.
