URGENT – Light Earthquake hits Mosul city

Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) A light earthquake hit the city of Mosul on Monday afternoon without causing material damages or injuries.

The reporter of IraqiNews.com in the province confirmed “The earthquake hit the city of Mosul and lasted approximately 3 seconds.”

IraqiNews.com could not get a statement by the Mosul Seismological Department to find out the strength and earthquake.

The various areas of Maysan and Wassit provinces have been subjected to frequent earthquakes during the last days and weeks without causing damages or casualties.
