Vehicle ban slammed in Falluja

ANBAR / IraqiNews.com: A vehicle and motorcycle ban was imposed in several regions in Falluja until further notice to search for wanted men, a security source said on Monday. “Falluja police imposed on Monday (Nov. 9) a ban on vehicles and motorcycles in several regions in Falluja until further notice,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The step has been taken to start a wide-scale searching operation for wanted men,” he added. A security source had said earlier that unknown gunmen stole 50 million Iraqi dinars (ID) during an armed robbery at a gas station in Falluja. Falluja, the largest city in Anbar province, lies 45 km west of the Iraqi capital Baghdad. SH (P) 1
