Volunteers Command names its new operation against ISIL

Salah-il-Din (IraqiNews.com) The Command of the volunteers who fight the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant terrorists named the major offensive against the ISIL as “Here I am Messenger of Allah” on Monday.
