Iraq beats Qatar in friendly

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi national football team managed on Tuesday to bear Qatar 2/1 in a friendly match that was held in Doha. Iraq’s striker Emad Mohammad scored the first goal at the beginning of the first half, but Qataris were able to come back with a goal scored by Majed Mohammad, who used a mistake made by the defender Bassem Abbas before the end of the first half by 13 minutes. The national team in the second half scored the second goal by the same striker, who hit the ball using his head to Qatar’s net.
