Iraq participates in Egypt-based Taekwondo championship

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi athletes will participate in the Alexandrias World Taekwondo Championship, scheduled to be held in Egypt later this month. “The championship will take place from January 26- February 1, with the participation of more than 1,000 players from over 80 countries,” the head of the Olympic Champion School, Haytham Yashoa, told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Five of the school’s players will take part in the competitions,” he added.
