Iraqi team U-23 wins match versus Maldives (7-1)

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Football Team U-23 won its match versus the Maldives counterpart within the competitions of the Rio De Janeiro Olympic Games 2016.

The final result of the match was (7-1) for the Iraqi team.

The first half ended (2-1) when Amjad Walid scored at 3rd minute and Mahdi Kamil scored again for Iraq at 45th minute from the penalty spot while the Maldives team scored their only goal in the match at the 23rd minute.

The Iraqi player Bashar Resan scored the third goal. The fourth goal for Iraq was scored by Amjed Walid and the fifth goal was scored by Abdul Qadir Tariq, while Bashar Resan scored the sixth goal and Ali Hasni concluded the Iraqi goals by scoring the seven goal.

The Iraqi team raised its points into six points from two victories on Lebanon and the Maldives. /End/
