Minister of Youth & Sports congratulates Iraqi Juniors for qualifying for World Cup

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Minister of Youth and Sports, Jasim Mohammed Jaafar congratulated the Iraqi Juniors Football Team for the qualifying for the World Cup after beating Kuwaiti counterparts (3-1) within the Asian Championship under 17 held in Tehran.

A statement by the Ministry of Youth and Sports received by IraqiNews.com cited “This victory is a remarkable achievement for the Iraqi Football because it has been done young players who seek success.”

“The Ministry will present all kinds of financial and spiritual support for the Iraqi team to continue raising the Iraqi flag in the international participations,” the statement added.
