Real Madrid FC to start Sports Academy in Maysan

Maysan (IraqiNews.com) The Chairman of Maysan Provincial Council, Abdul Hussein Abdul Ridha, assured that “The Spanish Football Club of Real Madrid intends to establish Sports Academy in the province.”

Abdul Ridha Said in a press conference held at the provincial council building attended by the correspondent of Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “During our visit to the province of Galicia in Spain recently, we visited Real Madrid FC and met with the officials there who announced the willingness of the Club to establish an Academy of Graduate Studies in the field of sports in the province.”

He added that “We have concluded several preliminary agreements with the officials of the Club and agreed to sign a memorandum of understanding between Maysan province and the Galicia region to be discussed within the provincial council for a final agreement.”
