Basrah province studies building housing units for teachers through investment

BASRA / IraqiNews.com : Basra Investment Commission studied with Teachers Union here possibilities of building housing units through investment companies, with different terms.Head of the Investment Commission Eng.Haidar Ali Fadhil told IraqiNews.com that the costs could be repaid through installments.He added that the costs will not exceed 100 million Iraqi dinars with all necessary infrastructures.The space of the building shall be 120 square meters on a 250 square meters land.He pointed out that there are offers that the installments will extend to 12 years, with a down payment.Fadhil elaborated that the area for the projects shall be north of the province.
