First Kirkuk Exhibition opened today

KIRKUK / IraqiNews.com: The First Kirkuk Exhibition was opened here today with the participation of 80 local and international companies, representing 17 countries. The opening ceremony, attended by IraqiNews.com, was characterized by speeches to encourage investments in the province, the head of Kirkuk‘s Investment Commission reported. “This event is a sign to the entire world that Kirkuk is ready to receive foreign investments and implement giant projects,” the U.S.Consul in Kirkuk told IraqiNews.com. He added that the U.S.encourages U.S.companies to invest in Kirkuk. The opening session was attended by Governor Najmalddin Kareem and chairman of the provincial council Hassan Toran, the U.S.Consul, the Iranian representative in Kurdistan region, and the representatives of participant companies.
