Interior minister inaugurates police academy in Ninewa

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi minister of interior has opened a police academy in Ninewa‘s Mosul City during a ceremony attended by ministry officials, security commanders and chieftains. “This academy will be linked to the police academies in Basra and Baghdad…,” Minister Jawad al-Boulani said during the ceremony, which was attended by IraqiNews.com news agency. The academy has been built in accordance with orders from the prime minister. It encompasses 36 sleeping halls, 36 classes and 50 rooms for officers. Mosul, the capital city of Ninewa, lies 405 km north of Baghdad. SS (P)/SR 2
